Booking
Your booking will be confirm in writing with a letter and booking agreement.
You will be asked to confirm your booking by signing the agreement and
returning this along with your deposit.
Deposit
A deposit payment of £100.00 per week booked and must be paid to
secure your booking. This deposit is non-returnable in the event of cancellation.
The full balance payment for the booking is due 1 month prior to your
arrival.
Cancellation
Refunds are made at our discretion and are not automatic. You have 7 days
cooling off period from the point of booking by telephone, email or receipt
of your letter to cancel and receive a full refund of monies paid.
Payment
You may pay by cheque or BACS payment into our nominated account. Please
make cheques payable to Sharon Rees.
Checking in and out
Check in - at 4pm on day of arrival
Check out - by 10am on day of departure
Whilst staying at the property you must do the following.
1 Not use the property for any illegal or immoral purpose, or in any way
that breaks any statute, regulation or bye-law.
2 Not alter any locks on doors or windows to the property or copy any
keys.
3 Not allow anyone to be a nuisance or annoy anyone living in, visiting,
or carrying out legal activities in the area.
4 Not play loud music or make other noise which can be heard outside the
property between 11pm and 9am, or which will cause a nuisance or annoy
anyone at any other time.
5 Not put anything into the drains which may reasonably cause harm to
the environment or cause a blockage.
6 Not put rubbish anywhere other than the areas provided.
7 Not have any form of heating other than that we have provided. Paraffin
heaters, portable gas heaters and electric fires (other than those we
have provided) are not allowed.
8 Not leave the washing machine or dishwasher on when no-one is at the
property. NOT turn off any refrigerator or freezer during or after your
stay.
9 Tell us immediately if any water, gas, fuel oil, heating or electrical
system appears not to be working correctly. You must disconnect the utility
or supply if necessary.
10 Not block any flues or ventilators to the property.
11 If you have any pets at the property, you must keep your pet under
proper control. You must notify us in advance of any animals that will
be present on the grounds of the property. They must not be allowed onto
beds, furniture or seats in the house. You must clear up all waste and
evidence that your pet has been resident and report to us immediately
any damage (ie within 24 hours of its occurrence) to carpets or other
interior fittings or furnishings as a result of the presence of your pet.
12 PLEASE LEAVE THE PROPERTY AS YOU FOUND IT
We agree to do the following.
1 Keep the structure and outside parts of the property in a good condition,
including drains, gutters and outside pipes.
2 Keep in proper working order the installations in the house for supplying
water, electricity and sanitation and all mechanical and electrical items
provided by us subject to them being used in the correct manner (including
basins, sinks, baths and toilets).
3 Keep the heating and hot-water systems in proper working order.
4 We will insure the property with a reliable insurance company, and keep
insured during the period of the rental the risks that are normally covered
by a comprehensive insurance policy.
5 Not provide refunds as a result of climatic, traffic, security or other
conditions affecting access to the property outside the bounds of the
private property.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified
